Dnamo FC Refund Policy

At Dnamo Football Club, we are committed to providing high-quality programs across all levels of play. To ensure the stability and organization of our teams, we have established the following refund policy for each program:


Micro Soccer & Recreational Teams (San Francisco Youth Soccer)

No Refunds After Registration:

  • Once a player is registered and committed to a team, no refunds will be issued.

  • This is due to non-refundable league fees, field reservations, uniforms, and administrative costs incurred by the club.

  • Teams are submitted to San Francisco Youth Soccer (SFYS) based on the confirmed roster.

Exception – Team Not Formed:

  • If a team does not meet the minimum number of players and is not officially registered with SFYS, we may issue a full or partial refund.

Replacement Player Option:

  • If you are unable to continue with the program, you may:

    • Offer a replacement player of similar skill and commitment

    • If a replacement is confirmed, we may revisit the refund on a case-by-case basis

Season Commitment:

  • Registration is valid for the specific season (e.g., Fall 2025).

  • No obligation is required for future seasons.


Travel & Competitive Teams (NorCal Premier Soccer)

No Refunds After Commitment:

  • Once a player accepts a roster spot and registers with a competitive/travel team, no refunds will be issued.

  • Teams are submitted to NorCal Premier Soccer, and league fees, field costs, and coaching allocations are finalized based on committed rosters.

Replacement Player Option:

  • If a player is unable to continue:

    • A replacement player may be offered by the family

    • Any possible refund is contingent upon a successful transfer and club approval

Season Commitment:

  • Competitive team commitments typically cover both Fall and Spring seasons

  • Exceptions will be reviewed by the club director in rare circumstances
